SPRING NEWSLETTER 2017
We would like to start by congratulating Anne on completing her new INCCO training. The role of the INCCO (Inclusion Co-ordinator) is to support parents and their children if they have any extra needs S.E.N.D (Special Educational Needs and Disabilitied). Anne will be working alongside Karen, for further support and learning. If you have any concerns or would like advice about your child’s development please speak to Karen, Anne or your child’s keyworker.
We have had some feedback from parents regarding our recent photo shoot, hopefully now our photographer is familiar with our setting she will arrive on time and bring all the necessary kit with her.
It will again be in June this year: details to follow.
It’s Our Birthday!!-
Our 4th birthday celebrations and grand opening of the allotment will be in Saturday 8th April at preschool 11-3pm.
Allotment unveiling will be at 2pm.
We will be fundraising for the fun day with lots of exciting things your children will have made.
This term we say goodbye to our level 2 student Megan and are pleased to say our level 3 students Keira and Mel are still with us.
Keira until July.
Mel until April.
They are both a wonderful asset to our preschool.

In conjunction with Locking school on Thursday 6th April TBA, we will be making hard and will walk around the park.
PLEASE CAN WE MAKE A PLEA FOR NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS- please speak to a member of staff if you can help.
What we will be doing this term-
• Mother’s Day
• Easter competition in aid of Weston Hospital.
• Easter egg hunt
• Creative Creations – ready to sell at our 4th birthday fun day.
• Using the spiraliser – learning about safe practise.
• Sticks and wool to make garden decorations – using our fine motor skills.
• Getting the wonder garden ready for spring.
• Weighing and Measuring – Mathematics.
Each child has been given a bookbag to keep until they leave preschool. Some book bags don’t seem to be coming in on a weekly basis for the children to change their books. This is a positive link for parental participation with the preschool, so can you please remember to bring them in.
